My name is Stuart Makin and I started this computer services business back in November 2002. I always had a passion for computers and all things technological, no matter what it was, so it was ideal that I turned my hobby into a business which I enjoy.
I am a qualified MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) which as with all Microsoft certification you cannot attain in Universities, only from privately funded companies and Microsoft themselves.
Most of my knowledge has been gained through years of being passionate about technology, and as you can imagine there must be 10,000+ problems that can happen with a computer, so I am still occasionally coming across new problems that I have not seen before, and if this is the case I try my hardest to find a solution to the problem.
As I have noted in the service section on this site, I am very experienced with all Microsoft Windows operating systems, as well as Apple Mac computers. I also have a vast knowledge of numerous different pieces of software and apps, including the usual Microsoft Office (all versions, 97, 2000, XP, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and 365).
